2008 We united with Hestia.

The year Hestia came to life. We started looking for in January, we met in March and LOVE at first sight! We had our first meeting in May, the day we received your keys, and we all discussed what we wanted. For starters, Gamze changed the kitchen’s whole layout! :) We rejoined with our fully renovated girl, in September, after a four month refurbishment. We broke fast with the craftsmen as our first dinner. We had our first long table new year’s dinner in the December of that first year. Muhtar Katırcıoğlu and Türker Minibaş, who joined us at our table that night, are no longer with us; we remember them with respect.
